A group of flamingos is called, “a flamboyance”. They can go by other names but those just don’t have the same groovy grand fun vibe. I like to think of us who choose to hang out here in Groovy Happy You space as a flamboyance. What else would a gathering of Groovy, Bright, Vibrant and Vivacious people be?

GHY is a lifestyle blog focusing on feeling Groovy and Happy.

I am a writer and a life coach so I created Groovy Happy You as a place to play in these oh so wonderful vibrations with a flamboyance of groovy fun peeps.

I started this site several years ago and hit a brick wall of what I would eventually boil down to feelings of not being good enough. And that crappy frame of mind came damn close to fucking killing me. I also had a brain tumor that may or may not have contributed to feeling so crappy.

Pulling down the old posts and rebranding and rebuilding this site feels groovy –

Well except for the part where I changed Themes adding to the learning curve of techno website design stuff I don’t know how to do – that part is suckie. However I’m learning. Here it is, possibly flawed and like a Groovy Life, it is a work in progress.

What you’ll find here are stories from my own wealth of life experiences. I’ll be weaving past and present and future dreams as well while offering up many tools and process that have helped me evolve.

There will be highlighting posts about groovy fun people I learn about, processes and products that are good for the environment and Mother Earth and people.

5 primary themes frequently used here are: Happy, Healthy, Wealthy, Wise and Blessed.

The “Wheel of Life” is another tool I use that has useful themes: Spirituality, Health, Environment, Love, Career, Money/Finances, Growth/Wisdom, Family, Friends, Fun and Community.

The woo woo world is also an area I like to explore in so there will be plenty of “new-age”, groovy expressions, words and concepts to find here.
