Aloha! Carol Still here – your Groovy Happy You, Tour Guide, Coach and Lead Inspirgator.

I inspirgate people into social action – which means I grow Groovy Empowered people and Groovy Entrepreneurs to be the change.

Through a process of nurture and coaching, I fill people up then inspirgate them so that they spill forth their abundant gifts filling others up and so forth in a Groovy Happy cycle of life way…

I use a blend of coaching practices; positive psychology, business savvy and energy play to ensure Groovy Happy You peeps are overflowing with everything they need to be successful. At precisely the right moment, Groovy Happy You peeps will be inspired and taking action. Whatever that looks like!

My goal is to create a flamboyance of Groovy Happy You peeps! Peeps who are ALSO inspirgators, to be the changes this world will benefit with.

That’s my plot (insert ruckus giggles) – to change the world one little, ol’ Groovy Happy You at a time!

Because Action is where it’s happening!

Even my BA in Humanities and Communication from California State University Monterey Bay includes a concentration in, “Creative Writing and Social Action”.

I have an MA in Education/Special Education from U of Phoenix and a Graduate certificate in, Evidenced Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara. I have helped create a multi-million dollar corporation and have a certificate for completing Entrepreneur Training Program from the Central Valley Business Incubator

And, I’ve LIVED! Oh my flip-flop! How I have lived!

OH MY FLIP-FLOP! HOW I HAVE LIVED!

When I was younger and wanted to be an author, I was told to go out and get some life experiences – to live. So I put that desire — out there – in a request to the universe to help me…

Can you relate? I’m pretty sure you can! One thing I’ve learned is that I AM NOT ALONE with my feelings!!! They may play out in different ways for each of us, but we are not alone!

Curious…
Our paths are not the same and yet we have such similar feelings?

What about when you were a kid?

As a youth:

  • I was the eldest of 4 children
  • Helped to raise my sibs
  • Traveled to or through about half of the 50 states with my Grandparents during the summer months – from the time I was potty trained until puberty – which for me was late
  • Read hundreds and hundreds of books, some several times
  • Hounded the librarian regularly to suggest books I hadn’t yet read
  • Flew on an airplane by myself at six years old – as an unescorted minor half way across the US
  • Had my own babysitting business at 12
  • Brought most of my own clothing after starting my first business
  • Was employed by others at 15
  • Graduated “back in the day” from High School w/o having tried pot from a school that was featured on 20/20 the following year in a segment of teen drug use – I was saying “no” long before it was cool
  • Took a self defense class, a sewing class and a yoga class with my mom
  • Was 1 year too old to play little league when they finally let girls play – so I helped my coaching dad teach girls how to put their mitts on, kept score and played during practices as much as possible
  • Worked in the school cafeteria and little league concession for extra money
  • Was an exchange student to the Navajo Indian Reservation for two weeks and hosted my Navajo sister for two more weeks
  • Went on several trips to Yosemite Institute while in High School and can likely survive if stranded in the wilderness
  • Got my 2nd “real job” by telling my future boss that he had to hire me because his wife had been my 5th grade teacher – in person – the secret to getting a job is get face-to-face
  • Lost my virgin ears on my 3rd job working in a restaurant and became quite proficient with colorful metaphors (be warned – the F-bomb will likely happen – though I do try to keep content at a PG-13 level)
  • Took 4 years of photography in high school and consider myself an amateur photographer at the hobbyist level
  • Lost Religion and found Spirituality instead
  • Saved my sister’s life
  • Saved a man’s life using the Heimlich maneuver while applying for a waitress job – which I didn’t get for lack of experience
  • Moved out of state to live with an aunt and to “grow up” – which I failed at and to get some life experiences – which I’ve excelled at

So there it is – I’m qualified with experiences, credentials, research, shared knowledge with friends and colleagues… LIFE!!!

When you think about it, how much have you lived?

What have been the blessons?

What do you celebrate?

I think celebrating is HIGHLY under-rated. Celebrate You More!

Where are you now? Where do you want to be? What got you to this point? What’s it going to require to get there – to that point you want to be?

How does that fit into the rest of the world in motion?

Do these questions sound vaguely familiar?

How long have they been spinning like the broken record?

Time to get into action!

Schedule a discovery session – its free – you can get a sample of me as a coach, and I can sample you as a potential coachee.
