100 Ways I can Love Myself

(I so adore and respect this younger version of myself! What all she/me/we/I have survived and the ways we’ve grown are incredible.)

Some days are totally Groovy on their own – and some days I need a list to remind myself of ways to Love Myself Groovy. Whatever it takes – Right?

What’s on your Groovy Love List?

100+ Groovy ways I can love myself starting now!

  1. Get to bed early enough to get plenty of sleep
  2. Make the bed and put on the pretty pillows
  3. Stretch
  4. Journal
  5. Do a shower meditation to bring in the groovy energies and wash away anything that needs to go away
  6. Create and maintain healthy habits
  7. Check out my garden and celebrate the beauty
  8. Healthy breakfast
  9. Added nutrients
  10. Walk in nature
  11. Read a book
  12. Eliminate energy draining people in my life (or restrict as much as possible)
  13. Do activities that light me up
  14. Outsource activities that don’t light me up as I can (ex hire a housekeeper and bookkeeper)
  15. Find ways to make those activities I don’t enjoy be less sucky until I can outsource them
  16. Garden
  17. Make friends in f2f life
  18. Get involved in groups that bring me joy in person and online
  19. Cuddle with the kitties (lol – they will always be kitties no matter how old they get!)
  20. Pet the dog more
  21. Take a day hike in the woods
  22. Walk barefoot on the beach
  23. Bubble bath
  24. Bath with Epson salt
  25. Taping
  26. Chiropractor
  27. Take selfies and look for what I love about my body instead of what I hate
  28. Honor my time as valuable and mine!

  32. Get rid of anything that doesn’t light me up or isn’t useful in my life

Thank you for reading this older post – I hesitated including these and I flipped and flopped and overthought and then decided it would be worth including these as they may be useful to someone else on their own journey.
